7 Routines , that Changed my Life for Ever . 1

Everybody on this planet wants to evolute and become better as an indivudual and they spend so much energy to it . Of course it’s very normal and very “healthy” situation . Whatever stays steady for a long time it “dies” with so many different ways .

Life is a moving “river” and a continuous flow of energy , material s , feelings , technology , values , et.c and if you want to be inside this “river” , you should adapt constantly .

You should be willing to change your entire approach of the “things” you knew and accepted and the most difficult thing maybe , is to change your mentality . Having an “open” mind and “open antennas” to challenges continuously is a very significant element your personality should have .

Daily routine is a “camouflaged enemy” for your evolution and this isn’t acceptable for the individuals who want to win . The winning proccess begins firstly from your thinking .

So lets’ see some daily routines that can change your life for good and help you the most to your plans :

1) Wake up Early in the Morning , but be Full of Sleep .

The Champions in every area they sleep well and they wake up very early in the morning , being full of nice and relaxing sleep . As many say 5:00 a.m is the hour that the “losers” return home and the Cahmpions wake up and do their “things” .

Ok , this exaggerates a little(!) to underline the seriousness of the early morning wake up , but you should change your sleeping hours for sure . If you don’t sleep well and the appropriate ammount of hours , you should adapt .

The human beings are “day animals” and they perform beter the day hours , not the night ones . Of course many times some external circumstances( work , et.c ) , make this very difficult , but you should have in your mind to fix this issue .

You should sleep well and wake up well . That’s how you’ll be sure that your body and mind are in the best condition , to follow your “orders” and perform , as you like .

2) Eat Correctly and with a Schedule .

Your mind , “dwells” inside your body and both , are the creating a winning “machine” !! You !! if you want this winning “machine” to perform the best , you should “fuel” your body with the best and appropriate food , you can .

If you ask any professional athlete who wants to make a huge carrer or he’s already have a successful carrer , he’ll tell you that FOOD and SLEEP are the first and basic columns .

Of course this applies to any other area in life and as i’ve said it many times , VICTORY loves preparation .

Go to a pro dieitician and make a food plan , which will fit your needs and support your body to be strong , from early in the morning till you go to sleep at night .

3) Avoid Abuses to your Physical Body .

Alcohol beyond the right measures , smoking , other substances and whatever else that will harm your body , you should “train” yourself to avoid .

Whatever weaken you , it’s better to avoid . Begin to make a lifestyle that will benefit you and make this in a “slow mode” if you cannot do it , fast . In that way you won’t even realize this daily change of your routine , you’ll make it more physical and you’ll avoid stress .

4) Avoid Mental and Psychological Abuses .

We live in tough times and the psychological loads to all of us are way to many . Try to “train” your brain to be calm in hard situations and confront everything with logic firstly and then with emotion .

It’s very helpful to imagine yourself inside of a crystal bal – shield which nothing can pentrate , if you don’t allow it .

Listen to your favorite – relaxing music and try to have your music constantly with you and all your activities . In that way you’ll feel more securrity , having your relaxing “tool” with you ready for use whatever you need to “escape” .

Of course you can and it’s a necessity to be able to control your environment ( people , situations , et.c ) and avoid stress , anxiety and other bad emotions .

5) Always try to Learn New Knowldege , Daily .

No matter how full is your schedule and your daily activites , you should have in the “back of your head , that new knowldege is revealing every day and should be informed for this .

This knowldege doesn’t have to be involved with your work . It can be everything you want to learn and you’re interested to . You may want to expand your programming knowldege , to learn more languages , to read philoshophy , history et. c .

You’ll see how much this will benefit you as a person and character . Knowldege is power and can fill “gaps” and insecurities . A strong mind is a full “loaded weapon” , ready to confront everything , no matter of you’re poor or wealthy .

6) Make something Good , at the end of your Day .

Don’t you forget to make a “gift” to your soul at the end of your busy and tough day . This gift is a good intensioned act , without expecting anything back .

Except your body and spirit , your soul needs “fuel” too . Don’t you forget that you’re a human , as all the others around you and many of them aren’t so priviliged as you .

7) Make a Prayer , to “Clean” yourself and go to Sleep .

The moment has come to make a valuation of your day , think what to do the next day and eventually , go to sleep . During your previous day , you collected many “trash” and loads inside you , no matter ig you wanted them or not .

Make a prayer to your GOD , whoever is HE , “clean” your aura with that and go to sleep , extremely peaceful .

The next day , the next “battle” is waiting .
