What is the ultimate ANSWER to the ultimate QUESTION ?

When the ultimate quaestion is about the way to win in life and be the best , what can you imagine can be the answer ?

I know that around everyone of us there are theoretical – informations ,“guru” of knowledge , fancy books saying “things” and showing their way to the “ultimate life ” of money and glory , but i think that the only thing they want sometimes is to take some “bucks” from you , selling hope .

Of course if you have your “antennas” open and wide you can find some diamonds , written from people who have acheived “stuff” in their lifes and want to give back to the society something . I don’t know much of the unique theory these gurus knows .

What are the principals and life values , the winners follow , before they become winners and what after their success ?

What training methods they follow , when they want to be the best in their area and “dethrone” the current Champion ?

What training methods they follow when they fail to do that in their first attempt ?In which details they focus on ?

In which weak areas they focus on when they want to BEAT THE BEST ?

They focus in the phycological area most ? In the physical area ? Or both , changing styles and tactics when it needed ?

What mind methods they follow to control their tempere and nerves after a failure , a crash and the same time they must prepare for the next competition ,race or anything ?

You know or you can imagine how difficult is ,when you fail in something ( school tests , athletic tests , race etc. ) and you must gather your thoughts in a very sort period of time, because the next day you have another high level test .

MICK DOOHAN ( a Motogp multi Champion and a real tough guy overcoming a very serious leg injury ) says , that the most difficult part of race driver after a crash ( and you are in one piece of course ) , is to untwist in your mind the WHY YOU FELL DOWN so you can clear it inside you and NEVER DO THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN !!!!

If you cannot find the reason your confidense is not complete 100% , so you can’t push 100% in the next race afraid that you will do the same mistake again .

I also think that this subject is very crucial for your development as a person .

Imagine yourself competing for the biggest World Bodybuilding title the Mr. Olympia and you know inside you, that you are in your top shape and nothing can stop you .

Your confidense is in the highest heights and you are ready to demolish the current “King” .

You can feel it , the people are showing that you will be the next winner and only the time you from this “fact” . AND YOU LOSE !!!! .

You come second in the row ( second is the first of the loosers for many people) and you cannot believe it .

What happened ” damn it ” ? .

The world is lost underneath your foot , you smile a little because you don’t want to show this weak side of you and the only thing you want right now is to go home , be alone and think .

You catch yourself getting in the ” panic mode “and you cannot allow it .

YOU MUST RELAX YOUR MIND AND CONTINUE NO MATTER WHAT .

This little story i think and imagine is close enough to the story of the four times Mr. Olympia , Jay Cutler who was trying to beat the 8 times undefeated Mr. Olympia , the Big Ronnie Coleman .

A truly unique champion , who was perfect in every area and spread fear to every future competitor .

And JAY DEFEATED HIM !!

After a couple of failures ( i think 2-3 times ) JAY DID IT .

I cannot imagine the relief he had that time , but i ‘m sure that the emotions he felt he wouldn’t trade them for the whole Earth’s gold .
