The willing to ACT , how importand it is , if you want to achieve your so precious personal goals . To JUST ACT .
To act to the direction you want , no matter the difficulties you may find against you .I realise that this statement sounds so “common” like the statements you heard in the tv shows and beauty contests , which are so many around the globe .
But when you are in the process of your big effort ,when you are in the process of the daily training ,the day-on and day-off brutal training physically and mentally you see things from a different point of view .
When you “bleed the T-shirt ” every tiny second of the day , the so “common” quotes you see outhere , or the tv are taking different gravity.
When you read something from Arnold Schwargenegger , Dorian Yates , Ayrton Senna , Valentino Rossi , Mike Zambidis and so many other winners in their area , you may thing that these ” guys ” are strange .
That they say things for the social media , tv and for communications reasons only .
When Arnold says that in his prime he never left the gym unless he had 2 or 3 passed-out episodes from exchaustion , it isn’t “air talk ” to impress . It was the truth .
His daily inhuman truth , even if many people have “easy” theories that “yo man the drugs made him World Champ ” . The druds or whatever , don’t give you the WILLING STRENGTH to push yourself in the absolute limit , EVERY DAY .
The drugs don’t give you the discipline to wake – up every morning in 5 a.m for running when the temperature is zero degrees .The blanket is so warm and the little voice inside your head says to you ” don’t go , enjoy the warmth , LEAVE IT FOR TOMORROW .
The drugs don’t give you the soul toughness to withstand the pain during the training .
Drugs don’t make you pushing and pushing and pushing , till you feel satisfied ,till your daily goals are complete and stop yourself from pushing and pushing discovering new “things” .
Dorian Yates( 6 times Mr. Olympia ) had this ability , in a very high level .
If you see some of his training videos in you-tube , you can see this amazing ability he had .
He “sucked” the overwhelming pain from his top level brutal training , like a ” sponge ” and pushed and pushed and pushed , till total collapse . Besides other things he gained , i suppose these training method gave him a very crucial advantage compared to the other competitors .
What was that ?
When you are training so inhuman : you are RISING YOUR COLLAPSE POINT more higher than anyone !!!!!!!!
This tiny detail makes the UNDEAFEATED winners . Seperates you from the ones who wants to “steal” from you , the first place .
Ayrton Senna had he same ability for inhuman training .
His aerobic condition was in the highest level ,and gave him the advantage to have lower heartbeats(10-15) , in the absolute driving limit .
So when the ohter drivers had 200 palmitation , Ayrton had 180 -190 , fact which gave him the “luxury” of clearer mind and more relaxed body , so he could push for the tiny detail .
Ayrton in his first steps , he wasn’t a top athlete , not even a very good one .
His oxygen management from his body was bad and that was a part he should improve like hell , if he wanted his body do the things his mind and talent could do .
He began to run endlessly and improve his oxygen ability every day for a little .In his prime he was one of the most trained athlete in the world , managing not only to reverse his disadvantage , but to see in the eyes the elite athletes in all sports .
He showed to his friends his ruined nike from endless running and he was very proud . His WILLING TO ACT gave him the motivation and closing his ears and mind from the “good voices” which maybe said to him , or implied that he couldn’t do it . The WILLING TO ACT , no matter what .
